This website, deskeaseco.com, is operated by NovaCore Digital LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company doing business as Desk Ease Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery within the 50 United States only.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and materials accurately, but small variations can occur. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Desk Ease Co. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Products must be used as intended and within their stated weight limits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
