Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with tracking included.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first at support@deskeaseco.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

I entered the wrong address. Can you change it?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and protected by SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
