Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with tracking included.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help find a solution.
